Working principle of electric heater
LJ-DR air duct heater adopts digital display temperature regulator, relay, contactor and temperature sensor to form measurement, adjustment and control loop. The whole system is equipped with two sets of temperature sensors: outlet temperature sensor and inner chamber temperature protection sensor.
The outlet temperature sensor is mainly used for the temperature control of the heating gas. During the electric heating process, the outlet temperature sensor sends the electrical signal of the outlet air temperature heated by the duct heater to the digital display temperature regulator for amplification and comparison with the set temperature So as to control the heating and stopping of the heater, it has good control accuracy and adjustment characteristics; the inner chamber temperature protection sensor is mainly used to control the heating to stop when the temperature is too high or there is no air source. The heating part is divided into 4 parts: main heating 2 groups, auxiliary heating 2 groups. The main heating consists of an instrument and a relay to form a control system, and the auxiliary heating is automatically controlled by the main heating, the lower limit of the instrument and the contactor.
Basic heating is controlled by meters and contactors. The specific control is: after turning on the instrument, set the temperature and turn on the main heating and auxiliary heating at the same time. When the heating temperature reaches or close to the set temperature, the instrument automatically stops the auxiliary heating. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the auxiliary heating automatically Work, which not only meets the control requirements but also fully saves electric energy. The prerequisite for auxiliary heating is that the main heating must be in working condition. The operating conditions of the heater: the heater can be turned on only after the fan is turned on and running.
