The original blower air compressor is used in a gear acceleration mode, which requires gears, bearings and a lubrication system, and mechanical friction produces great energy consumption, noise and other problems. The suspension centrifugal blower solves these problems. It has 3 core technologies: high-efficiency permanent magnet suspension bearings, permanent magnet high-speed synchronous motors and frequency conversion systems, and high-precision impellers made of aluminum alloy AL7075 (aviation aluminum).

Energy saving and high efficiency

The fan automatically adjusts the power consumption of the motor according to the output (air volume adjustable range 45-100%) to maintain the high efficiency of the equipment operation.

No vibration and low noise

Using copper rotor suspension bearing and direct connection technology, no vibration is generated, and the vibration intensity of the blower (on the base) is less than 2.5mm/s. The fan does not need to be equipped with sound insulation; the equipment is light in weight, no special foundation is required, and the installation and layout are simple and flexible. When the whole machine is running, the noise (including the motor) at 1m outside the soundproof cover is lower than 80db (A). (The blower itself does not produce noise, only the airflow noise of the air duct.) The outlet pressure is stable and there will be no pulse phenomenon.

No need for lubricating oil

The fan adopts copper rotor suspension bearing technology, the system does not require a lubricating oil system, and provides clean air to special industries such as electronics, medicine, and food. The operating temperature of the air bearing reaches 600 degrees, and all the drawbacks of the oil bearing system have been successfully solved.

No maintenance required

There is no gearbox and oil bearing necessary for traditional wind turbines. The series of high-tech impellers and motors that we use do not use couplings, are directly connected, and have an intelligent control system. The key components use AL7075 (aviation aluminum). Convenient operation control

The fan can be self-checked on the number of revolutions, pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc. on the personal computer and operated at constant pressure, load/no-load operation, overload control, and unmanned operation through anti-vibration control. The fan adjusts the flow rate by adjusting the number of revolutions of the impeller. According to the changes in the temperature and pressure of the intake air, the flow rate can be easily adjusted by adjusting the number of revolutions. The flow can be adjusted automatically and manually.

Parallel operation

Multiple blowers can be operated in parallel. Under the conditions of parallel operation, each blower can meet the adjustment needs of different flow rates and keep the safety margin between each blower outlet pressure and vibration pressure the same. Any single blower cannot be started or stopped. It will affect the air volume changes of other blowers. When the rated load of the motor is 60%, the wind pressure can meet the process requirements, and there will be no severe vibration when multiple fans are running in parallel.

The design of the blower takes into account the airflow synchronization, so that the new blower can be operated in parallel with the original blower.


The blower also provides and installs a device to monitor the vibration of the blower. The following three vibration processing modes are available: boundary adjustment mode, shutdown mode and continuous operation mode. When the machine is set to "continue running" mode, the vibration that occurs will not cause any adverse effects on the machine. When the machine is set to "Stop Mode" and vibration occurs, the machine will automatically stop for the operator to check the cause of the vibration. When the machine is set to "boundary adjustment mode", the operating parameters can be intelligently adjusted when the operating point of the fan is near the vibration boundary, so that it can return to the normal operating area.
